When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and accurate personal details. You must keep this information current. EF777 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information you have provided, including failed withdrawal attempts due to an incorrect payment method or name mismatch.
You are solely responsible for the security of your EF777 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify EF777 support immediately. EF777 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with best practices. You may be required to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account hold.
KYC is not designed to inconvenience you — it exists to protect your account and to ensure that your winnings go to the right person. Accounts that complete full verification typically experience the fastest withdrawal processing times on EF777.
EF777 accepts deposits through the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit on EF777 is Rs 200. Deposit attempts below this amount will be declined automatically by the payment system.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your EF777 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally be subject to a security review.
All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. EF777 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, it may be reversed and the account placed on hold pending investigation.
EF777 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank directly.
The EF777 platform operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, wins, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on EF777.

A bet is only confirmed and valid once EF777's system has issued a bet confirmation. In the event of any system error, network interruption, or technical issue that prevents confirmation from being issued, the bet will be treated as void and any funds deducted will be returned to your EF777 wallet. Bets placed before a betting window closes but not confirmed due to a technical error on EF777's part are void — not winning.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market on EF777. The applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. EF777 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where risk management or responsible gaming considerations require it.
EF777 reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error — for example, odds that were manifestly incorrect relative to the true probability of the outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's EF777 wallet. EF777 will not honour bets knowingly placed on obviously erroneous odds.
If a sports event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window specified in the market rules, or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that event will be settled as void and stakes returned to players' EF777 wallets unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EF777's total liability to any player — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player into their EF777 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through EF777's internal process, the matter shall be referred to mediation or arbitration before any formal legal proceedings are commenced. EF777 will not engage in formal legal proceedings without prior good-faith mediation efforts having been made.
